From the moment I walked in, I could tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Storozhenko is truly gifted at her craft. She took the time to thoroughly explain my options for every single issue, walking me through each decision rather than rushing to push a solution. That level of detail and patience is rare, and I appreciated it so much. Anum, my dental hygienist, was patient and warm throughout my cleaning. What I absolutely loved was her evidence-based approach—she showed me x-rays and high-definition photos to explain exactly what was going on with each tooth, both the good and the areas that needed attention. It's so refreshing to actually see what's being discussed rather than just taking someone's word for it. Keith made the diagnostic process a breeze. He explained every step along the way and clearly knows his stuff—it made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process at the office. And a huge shoutout to Dess, who went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my insurance and minimize my out-of-pocket costs. She broke down every detail with patience and kindness, and you could tell she genuinely wanted me to feel good about my visit. That kind of care makes all the difference!
